Cancellation Policy
At Wild Craft Salon, it is expected that you respect the appointment with your service provider. We understand that emergencies happen. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require that you notify us of any cancellations or reschedulings. In order to fill last minute openings, we need at least 72 hours for appointments over an hour and a half, and 48 hour notice for all shorter appointments. The second time this policy is not respected, you will be charged 50% of your services. The third time, you will be charged for 100% of your services. This also applies to rescheduling.
